What customers say?

“ Too good to be a food court quick bite. The fish and ingredients are fresh and flavorful. Rice has a bit of citrus flavor which has great harmony with the fish. The presentation was fabulous. These are small size rice bowls and bites and still, the price is reasonable considering its location ”

“ Great quality and worth the price. We got the 5 sushi rolls for $50 with a couple of beers. Super well prepped and enough for two guys to share ”

“ Located conveniently in the food court, BAR ITO offers decent sushi but falls short in value for money. While the sushi is fresh and flavorful, the portions are quite small for the price, leaving you wanting more. On the positive side, the service is quick and the staff is friendly, which makes the experience pleasant despite the high cost. If you’re in a hurry and don’t mind paying a bit extra, it’s worth a try, but don’t expect a filling meal. ”

“ It was a quick and nice lunch for me. First of all the portion was small you guys! If you did not eat a lot one bowl should be enough but if you love heavy lunch like me you got to order 2! To fill you up. I had a bowl of salmon+Ikura.I love it and it was fresh and perfectly balance and seasoning. My second bowl was wagyu! I love it! It becomes my favorite! And can’t wait to go back and get more! Service was great! You ordered at the counter or you can scan QR code on the table and order online as well. The vibe is pretty much like high end food court basically. Will I go back? Absolutely! ”

“ I recently had the pleasure of dining at ITO Las Vegas at the Fontainebleau, and it was an absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish--hands down a 5-star gem! The menu was a masterful showcase of flavors, and every dish we tried left us in awe. The Fuji salmon was melt-in-your-mouth perfection, with a freshness that was simply unmatched. The Yellowfin tuna was equally impressive, bursting with rich, clean taste that highlighted its top-tier quality. The Uni caviar was a luxurious treat--creamy, briny, and unforgettable--while the Otoro took indulgence to another level with its buttery texture and deep, savory notes. The Spanish mackerel brought a delightful balance of boldness and finesse, and the scallops were cooked to perfection, tender and succulent with every bite. But the real standout for me was the Golden Eye snapper--it was an absolute revelation, with its delicate yet flavorful profile that lingered long after the last bite. The ambiance was sleek and sophisticated, the service impeccable, and the attention to detail in every dish was truly world-class. ITO Las Vegas is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates exceptional sushi and an unforgettable dining experience. I can't wait to return! ”

“ I stayed at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas during the Century 21 Convention and decided to have lunch here on my first day. The quality of the food is commendable, with delicious flavors and beautiful presentation ; however, the prices are disproportionately high considering it's a busy food court and the portion sizes are quite small. They offer plates of three or five rolls, but each roll is only around 10" in size, resulting in just three or four pieces per roll and a total of 12 pieces for $50, which doesn't seem justified. Additionally, when I received my soup, I was surprised to find that the cup was only filled to about a quarter of its capacity, yet it cost almost $20. While the food is undeniably tasty, the pricing seems excessive for the quantity and the setting, despite the visually appealing presentation. ”

“ Good takeaway place . Pretty fast. Portions are very small but fresh and tasty ”

“ This 12 seat experience at 67th floor is excellent authentic omakase sushi. We arrived early for private bar experience and then wisked upwards and escorted into the restaurant. Beautiful place. Wonderful food. ”
